２０１９年。

今美しいものは何だろう。

引っかかる写真を並べて気付きました。

＜TOUGH 。＞

美しいいなと。

５年後が想像できない世の中

タフに生き抜く力。

それが一番美しく見えます。

＜そうだ、TOUGHだ。＞と思いました。

９０年代の　NEW YORK

タフな町でした。

ポジティブでエネルギーに溢れた人ばかりでした。

８時以降のSUBWAY

黒人のグループを見ると緊張感が走りました。

金曜日の街角

寒い中必死に生きる娼婦たち。

スーパーマーケットに強盗。

色んな事を経験し見ました。

この間久しぶりに帰った。

外はマイナス１５度。

そんな事を感じさせずジムで汗を流す女性達。

髪が凍る夜、ダンボールハウスで眠る老人たち。

なんか嬉しく思いました。

１日１日を生き抜く時代。

そんなPOWER溢れるコレクションです。

TOUGHって美しいと思います。

デッドリフト

笑顔の可愛いエマ　ストーンもプロテニスプレーヤーの役作りの為

ウエイトトレーニングと食事で７kg筋肉を増やしたみたいですね。

もともとそんなにぽっちゃりしてない彼女

逆にメリハリが付いてスッキリした感じがしますね。

僕らも今日朝から行って来ましたgym.

小菜々緒も１２日から沖縄に旅行行くみたいです。

ハイウエストの水着なので脂肪が上から下から押し出され

ウエストのハミ肉が予想以上みたいで今日からウエイトの後に有酸素運動を

２０分プラスしました。

僕はナニワ君がデッドリフト１６０kg出来たらラーメンを奢ってくれるとゆうので

挑戦。

６rep余裕だったので２００kgに挑戦して１rep成功しました。

が、世の中を斜めに見るナニワ君は横で見ていたのに

＜出来てない。＞と信じてくれませんでした。

こんな人間にはなりたくないなと思いました。

因みに世界記録は５００kg．

まだまだ上には上がいますね。

九州のK君から報告がありました。

日焼けで痩せてみせようとゆうセコさを抜いても順調に落ちて来ています。

順調に９kg減量成功中。

今で中年のおっさんて感じなので、今からって感じですね。

まだまだたっぷり脂肪が残っているので

この調子で昔より服の似合う体目指して🐰
