母親がYOGAを再開するらしく

＜テンションが上がるYOGAマットを見つけて。＞と頼まれました。

で、いろいろ探して見ました。

カナダやアメリカが多いですね。

日本はなんか普通で個性ゼロ。

で＜YOGA GESIGN LAB＞のグラデーション（写真３枚目の下右）

これを見た時＜綺麗。＞と思ったのでこれにしました。

ウエアーは色々知ってましたが、

やっぱ＜adidas / stella mccartney yoga wear＞

がダントツなので教えておきました。

格好から入るのは大事です。

YOGAにハマるのは良いと思いますが、

母親は元々ミーハーで最新の健康食品マニアな所があるので

ナニワ君の様に自然や大地やECOを愛する自分を愛して

絡み辛くならないで欲しいです。

僕はYOGAはしませんが瞑想散歩やローラーストレッチは大好きです。

これでマッサージが不必要に。

人にやってもらうエステから自分で体の中からの美容作りの

YOGAやウエイトトレーニングに時代は移りましたね。

YOGAで心と体をほぐしウエイトトレーニングでシェイプして

自分でいい食材で料理をし今なお洒落で自分にご褒美でシェリースマイル。

これが今の僕達のLIFE STYLEなんだと思います。

そうゆう所は昔に戻って来てるんですね。

竹内やナニワ君はYOGAにハマるとインドに移住したりして

戻ってこれなくなるタイプなのでハマって欲しくないです。

周りは嫌な人ばかり。

世間はお盆なんですか。

昨日　澤井が東京から来て朝まで。

今から奈良の山にこもるみたいです。

長くなるみたいなので一緒にLIVEをしようとなりました。

澤井も相変わらずイヤな目でビールを水のように飲んで

僕は水を水のように飲みました。

ご存知ない方も多いと思いますので澤井のホームランを紹介します。

この作品がカンヌでものすごい賞をとったから凄いとかじゃなく

澤井っぽいから好きです。

既にアイデアの段階で勝負はついていました。

僕も同じ様な所があるのですが、彼はこうゆう一つの事を没頭してやってりやいいと思い

ます。

バカが世界を変えてゆくんだ。

澤井の７年かけて完成した音源を聞かせてもらいました。

愛娘への愛に包まれていました。

写真で嫌な目を撮ろうと頑張って見ました

が、嫌なキャップが邪魔をしてイマイチですね。

今度２人で何かについて動画で撮って見ますね。

何を喋ってるかなんて聞かず澤井の目だけを見ておいて下さい。

目は嘘をつかない。

澤井のイヤな目を見たらナニワ君のイヤな目が被りました。

イヤって良いですね。

澤井のファッションがひどかったので

今日は澤井やクリエーター用のスタイリングです。

普通じゃねーか。と思われる方がほとんどだと思いますが

主役は人。

それは隠しようが無いので

これくらいで良い。ってゆうのが僕のスタイリング。

自信を持ってお洒落だと思っています＜笑＞

僕も購入する言い訳を探しています。

今日はあえていなたく遊んで見ました。

& FUNのパンツとも相性抜群。

後、デニムジャケットとかトレンチコートの下に着るのも

New York風でお洒落です。
